Continuing in the same vein as yesterday's post on fine wines on a budget, I stumbled across another article this morning - this one focusing on Champagne and sparkling wine on a budget. Since Valentines Day is right around the corner (Don't worry, I'll provide a comprehensive list of wine-related tips and suggestions for your romantic evening on Friday), I thought that getting a head start on buying bubbly for your big night was a good idea.
